  The food is as good as any other Arby's, but don't expect the drive thru to ever get your order right. Just today, my wife and I both happened to stop at this location. They got both of our orders wrong. On my order, they didn't hear that I asked for two sandwiches even though I said it very clearly twice. On her order, they forgot to put the Jr roast beef sandwich in the bag. They didn't forget to charge us for it though. This sort of mess up has become the norm here.

  If I could post a starless review, I would. The service is beyond horrendous. Ever since the remodel, I have not been able to go to this location without them either forgetting food, getting the order wrong, or any other irritation. This has happened four times in a row, and tonight they used the excuse of the speaker being the problem. While I could forgive a horrible speaker, that is when you confirm the order at the window...or when you repeat something to me over the speaker, and still mess up, than it isn't the speaker's fault, but the idiotic employee's. For example, my husband can't have sauces on his sandwich, so I mentioned it. The employee repeated the lack of sauce...and guess what. There was sauce on it. They ruined my son's order, my husband's order, and he seemed to treat it like we were being horrible and pushy because he royally screwed up. Seriously people!! Do not go to this location, it is horrible!!

  Always mess up my orders and the guy on the drive through doesn't speak English all too well.
